Stress levels around the world are at an all-time high. A stressed mind cannot think right. Decisions taken with a stressful mind are often regretful. The mind is full of negativity. Stress is, in fact, one of the root causes of most diseases. Meditation is known to be able to manage stress and put you back to normality. Meditation, in simple words, means turning your attention away from distracting thoughts and focusing on the present moment. This involves focusing on breath, on bodily sensation or on a word phrase known as a mantra. At a deeper level, it involves training ourselves to alter how we respond to situations so that we produce outcomes that are more conducive to well-being and happiness.
Meditation at ‘Sens’ is collectively led by India’s advanced Meditation centres namely – the Brahma Kumaris and Isha Yoga. The programs thus offered, are holistically based on the techniques of Raja Yoga Meditation.
Our prime aim is to empower our members to choose goos and positive thoughts over those which are negative and wasteful, inturn allowing us to respond to situations in the most appropriate manner rather than just reacting to them. We begin to live life with harmony, we create better and happier, healthier relationships and change our lives in the most positive way.
